Baptism Service 2023

Brother and Sisters in Christ! We have great joy in people responding to the message of Jesus Christ - that He yearns to restore His relationship with us, in perfect love!

We’re holding a baptism service on Saturday 28th October, 4pm. We'll worship together, and hear the way that Jesus has impacted the lives of two people who will be baptised. We welcome everyone who wants to witness this significant occasion to join us in unity with the church found in Christ.

Colby, 22, is currently studying Advanced Computing at USYD. "For the last 8 years, I’ve been on a journey exploring the Christian faith. It was in one of my lowest moments that I discovered what it really means when Christians talk about relationship with God. I felt convicted by the Holy Spirit that I am a sinner in need of God." God has transformed and grown him tremendously in recent years.

Ikuto, 30, is a Japanese primary school teacher at Murray Farm Public School. He decided to follow Jesus from the age of 16. It's been a number of years since then and there's been some ups and downs along with the way. But Ikuto now sees God's goodness in it all and is ready to declare it in his life.

Following the service, we will have dinner together, celebrating with Ikuto, Colby and the church family. Your RSVP is important so we can cater accordingly.
