Christmas is a time to celebrate with family and rest.
For Christians, we also celebrate the world-changing impact of Jesus: God coming into the world in human flesh. Because of Jesus we can enjoy being part of God’s family, as well as the freedom of knowing eternal rest Jesus brings to our lives.
We’ll be celebrating this in our Christmas services on 22 Dec, and Christmas Day.
Sunday Dec 22
Our Sunday service, filled with Christmas songs and a Christmas message.
Just like our usual Sunday service, adults and kids join in together for the first part of the service. The service starts at 9:30am, and this part goes for about half an hour.
During the service, the kids adjourn to our Sunday School program, called Way2Go, during the talk.
Around 10:45am when the service concludes, we enjoy morning tea together, finishing before midday.
Wednesday Dec 25
Our Christmas worship service will be for adults and children - we won’t have a specific program for kids, because our Christmas service will be especially engaging for all ages!
The service will start at 9:30am.
Christmas Day won’t have a morning tea, but you can expect people to linger around after the service for fellowship before .
